Next generation BigBalers
With up to a 20 percent increase in capacity and up to 5 percent denser bales, the BigBalers significantly improve productivity and profitability.

The BigBaler 330 produces 3-foot-by-3-foot bales while the BigBaler 340 produces 3-foot-by-3-foot bales.

The all-new MaxiSweep pickup has been redesigned to feature a new full-width feed assist roller with paired overshot-undershot augers at both ends to pull in material.

The addition of a standard roller windguard helps pre-compress the crop mat before the pickup tine to ensure continuous smooth crop flow from the swath to the baler and to prevent crop flow disturbance for uniform bale production.

The BigBaler's pre-compression chamber technology has been enhanced by the introduction of SmartFillTM flake formation indicators.

This system uses a pair of sensors, situated at the entrance to the pre-compression chamber that monitors the flow of crop into the chamber to guarantee square edged bales of uniform side-to-side density. This information is displayed on the IntelliViewTM IV in-cab monitor so that the operator can see if the crop is being evenly fed.

The new, heavy-duty gearbox has enabled a 14 percent increase in the plunger speed for higher throughput into the bale chamber, which means that higher ground speed is now possible – a plus for operations that work in moisture sensitive crops or bale in areas with unstable weather conditions.

In addition to the Standard crop processing system, the BigBaler offers two CropCutter systems: the PackerCutter and RotorCutter. The BigBaler 330 with the PackerCutter system cuts silage, hay or straw, with cut lengths as small as 4.5 inches.

The RotorCutter system – available on either BigBaler model – offers the widest range of chop lengths to match specific fodder requirements.

The Rotor Cutter system is available in two cut length configurations, delivering 1.5 inches on the short cut configuration or 3.01 inches on the medium cut version.

FR Series forage harvesters
The five model Forage Cruiser range delivers between 424-824 hp and offers new features – such as a new, high performance grass pick-up header – as well as renowned FR features including the VariFlow and HydroLoc systems.

All models in the FR range are fully compatible with a wide range of headers.

The series features a new chopper body and advances in blower design. The paddle-type blower has increased the mass of smooth flowing air by 40 percent to transport higher volumes of crop more efficiently.

The new, high-speed grass pickup header was developed for smooth harvesting in all conditions. The 12.5-foot-wide pickup makes light work of even the widest grass swaths.

An optional roller wind guard ensures smooth crop flow from swath to forager and prevents crop flow disturbances for uniform feeding.

Pickup speed has been significantly increased thanks to the addition of a supplementary tine bar. When working in muddy fields, the pickup support wheels prevent bulldozing and maintain uniform header height.

New ProTed rotary tedders
With up to 36 feet of working width, the three ProTed tedder models offer best-in-class spreading and fluffing of damp or wet hay for high-capacity haying.

The ProTed rotary tedders are available in four-, six-, and eight-rotor configurations. The hydraulic vertical folding with automatic tine height controls allows each model to move from transport to working position without manual adjustments between fields.

Sized for the traditional haymaker, the ProTed 3417 has a 17-foot-1-inch tedding width for twice the productivity of typical two-rotor models.

Driven by a large crown and pinion gear set lubricated by grease, each six-arm rotor handles large windrows and wide swaths effectively.

ProTed 3625 and ProTed 3836 models are designed for larger acreages and commercial producers and boast a 24-foot-11-inch and 36-foot-1-inch tedding width, respectively. Both feature permanently lubricated oil bath rotor gearboxes for reduced maintenance.

The integrated transport chassis on these models have large diameter road tires for more stability when transporting and offer adjustable wheel columns that provide three rotor angle adjustments for more uniform spreading.  FG
