When properly mixed and applied at the pick-up head on the baler, this product allows producers to bale hay at higher stem and dew moisture levels.
The on-farm process of adding water to the product results in a green solution when activated. The product contains a natural surfactant for better coverage of the crop. Option-one WS as formulated on the farm is safe to handle, with no odor or palatability issues.
Expected shelf life of the dry concentrate is three years. Once re-formulated with water on the farm for application, the shelf life of the now ready-to-use solution is one year.
