Access to information requires different connections; cellular data or a Wi-Fi connection is needed to access News, Video and Publications.
No network connection is needed to access the Picture toolbar, or to read publications saved in iBooks using the Toolkit app, thus making important documents and reports available for use in the field.

The university's IPM program managers are currently working to develop a version of this app for use with Android smartphones.
